Participation in this promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion.
This promotion is sponsored and administered by the AMSOIL Snocross National – Duluth Event Promotion Team(hereinafter referred to as the “Sponsor”).
The Sponsor is responsible for the operation, administration, and execution of this promotional giveaway, including but not limited to the collection of entries, maintenance of entry records, conduct of the random drawing, winner verification, and prize fulfillment.
This promotion is conducted solely by the Sponsor and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform on which the promotion may be advertised or discussed. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the promotion must be directed solely to the Sponsor and not to Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or their affiliated entities.
Entrants acknowledge that by participating in the promotion they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to any social media platform.
The promotion shall begin on the date and time at which the giveaway is first publicly announced or made available for entry by the Sponsor and shall continue through 11:59 PM Central Time (CT) on April 3 (the “Promotion Period”).
All entries, whether submitted through ticket purchase or through the Alternate Method of Entry described in these Official Rules, must be received by the Sponsor within the defined Promotion Period in order to be considered valid and eligible.
Entries received before the official start of the Promotion Period or after the official end of the Promotion Period will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the random drawing.
The Sponsor’s computer, ticketing system, or official records shall serve as the official timekeeping device for this promotion.
This promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Participation is limited to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements described in these Official Rules. Entrants may be required to provide proof of age, residency, or identity prior to prize award.
